Children form an important part of our worship at St. Andrew's.
You should not feel stressed bringing younger children to St Andrew's - there is a relaxed feel to the congregation, where even the occasional loud scream is a welcome contribution to proceedings!
For Under 3s there is a soft play area, a reading area and a craft area at the back of the church. There is also a ‘chill-out room’ for feeding or changing infants.
For most 10am services during term time, children of 3 years and older are invited to the 'Yellow Room'. The children meet together for about half an hour during the first part of the service.
Activities include bible study, stories, group discussions, drawing and crafts based upon a weekly theme. We use materials which follow the lectionary so children and adults engage with the same passages of scripture.
For days when the Yellow Room is not meeting, drawing materials are made available.
St. Andrew's Earlsfield is a feeder church for St. Anne's Wandsworth Church of England primary school. Visit the school's website for further details of their admission policy.
