New Electoral Roll

Every six years, all parishes are required to revise their Electoral Roll in its entirety, which means that the current version is set aside and we start again. Revision takes place this year, with the new Electoral Roll presented at the Annual Church Meeting on 11 May.

Entry on the Roll allows members to vote at Annual Church Meetings and become members of the Parochial Church Council, and it means that you are formally recognised as a stakeholder in the parish. For the parish, the Roll is the formal measure of our membership and has a direct impact on our representation on local and diocesan councils.

We hope that you will choose to become a member of our Electoral Roll (assuming that your circumstances mean that you qualify). If you would like to join in time for this year’s Annual Parish Meeting, the form must be submitted by 13 April, but applications can be submitted at any time.
